Make a change
In years that I have been working, I thought that it’s time for me to make a change. To be more responsible and goodbye for being dependent. I wanted to have something as an achievement for everything that I work hard for all these time. God has answered my prayers that later on I came to know that my application for acquiring a house has been approved. This is only an indication of a new responsibilities. Since I live with my parents and has no plans yet of moving out, in order to pay with monthly ammortization, perhaps I should make it for RENT, that way i can earn as well.
But there has to be a need of improvements from ceiling, walls, floors etc. The problem is that I’m out of budget. My eagerness to fixed everything ended up getting a cash advance loan. I have applied to several companies that offers loans with minimum interest rate, I just hope there’s a chance to be approve.
